About the Charities
Stiltville Optimists
Throughout the year the Stiltsville Optimist Club brings Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and many other youth groups out to the Miami Springs Power Boat Club stilt house in Biscayne Bay. These trips teach young people the importance of marine environmental conservation and how to identify the many species of marine life in the clear water surrounding this magnificent stilt house. It's an opportunity of a lifetime for these young people to swim, fish, snorkel and experience nature at its best.

The Surfrider Foundation is a non-profit grassroots organization dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of our world’s oceans, waves and beaches.
